How do you control product quality?
We conduct full-process inspection: raw material testing → production inspection → dimension checking → tensile test → zinc coating thickness test → factory inspection. Each batch is delivered with a quality certificate.

Do you provide samples and test reports?
Yes. Free samples are available (shipping cost borne by the buyer). Tensile reports, material certificates, and third-party test reports can be provided upon request.

What is your warranty period?
We provide 12–24 months warranty against manufacturing defects. Improper installation, overload, and artificial damage are not covered.
