Step 11: Goods Arrival & Receipt Confirmation

After the goods arrive at the destination port, you complete the import customs clearance procedures and take delivery of the goods. Our sales team will follow up with you within 3 working days to confirm:

- Whether the goods are received in good condition

- Whether the quantity and specifications are consistent with the order

- Whether there are any quality issues (if any, we will handle it immediately)
