Step 4: Proforma Invoice (PI) Issuance

Once all details (price, specifications, delivery time, terms) are confirmed, we will issue a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) — the official order confirmation document, which includes:

- Complete buyer & seller contact information

- Detailed product description (model, quantity, unit price, total value)

- Payment terms and bank account details

- Estimated production time and delivery date

- Packing requirements and shipping marks

- Validity period of the PI
